My daughter's iMac presents the infamous flashing folder and alternating question mark. It starts from my DiskWarrior 3 startup disk, but DiskWarrior does not recognize the drive (doesn't even show it in the drop down menu.)

I tried to boot the computer in Firewire mode and repair from my PB17, but when holding the "T" key and starting the iMac, it simply restarts.

Any suggestions? Bad HD?

Reset PRAM, etc. HD could be bad, though.
