Hey,
Just went over to my order status page, and I found that my shipping method had changed from ground to 2 day, but that there was no extra charge on my purchase. I'm ordering both a dual G5 and 20" Cinema Display, so could this be because I've ordered a lot of stuff? Or is Apple making up for any delays they may have had? Has this happened to anyone else?

me too! it just changed today, it was ground yesterday. woo-hoo! (although ground only takes two days to get from sacremento to tax-free oregon anyway)

I dunno... My shipping was always '2 day'--Yet tonite Apple's F/G Elk Grove Dist. Center sent an email charging/acknowledging(?) 'Best Way' shipping. I've order many times from Apple. This is a first. But What Does it Mean?

Mine was ground. But I called and asked nicely and got a free upgrade to 2 day. My dual G5 shipped on Thursday evening and according to Airborne, is due to arrive tomorrow.

After the great delay of August, Apple credited me for overnight shipping. I believe they are being nice to folks across the board on shipping because of their delays.
