I'm selling my Cube on ebay and got the following response. Would it be a bad thing to sell it this way? The person is offering a lot more then I can get form the bidding on eBay. Let me know what you think. Thanks for any advise!

Just don't ship until the cash is in your hands - and only agree to ship to the address of the cardholder.

I had a 15" 1GHZ TiBook on ebay, and some guy offered to give me $3300 US as long as I can charge his CC and NOT use any other payment method. These are hacked cards. He was from malayasia.

i inquired about this,like you are, and was told that hijacked cc accounts and identity fraud is likely what's happening here.

Don't do it. It's not worth the potential hassle. A legitimate buyer would offer to pay in any number of ways, and would only pay the market price.

Thanks everyone. I thought it was too good to be true. I will play with the guy for a while. Maybe see if he gives me a cc number and I can call the cc company to report it. Why do people bother?
