I think you'll have to call Apple about that.

I've done it a couple of time. Just call them and they will cancel it for you, no questions asked.

i went into the order help and there was an e-mail for canceling it:
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, contact the Apple Store immediately at applestore.uk@euro.apple.com. Please include your web order number in your email. You will receive response within one business day.
