If DDR works similar to SDR RAM, you can use a faster RAM chip in a slower computer, it'll just run at the slower speed. I assume DDR works the same.
SDR RAM came out at 66 MHz (I think), and you can use modern 133 MHz RAM where 66 MHz is required, it'll just run at 66 MHz instead of 133. If that Crucial RAM is the same price for both modules, you'd likely be better off buying the faster module, you never know if you'll end up needing that memory again in the future. Just a thought.
