Dark Mpegs & DVDs on 15 inch crt iMac?

	I've noticed recently that DVDs and Mpeg 1 files seem to be very dark on my Slot loading iMac. I've played around with the Brightness, Contrast and Color Calibrations, but it only improves it a little. Is my CRT dying?
