Hello all, I now have all AEBS in my house. I wanted the "g" for the higher encryption. I did some wardriving a little while back, and, well it's just scarry how simple it is. Anyways, I would like to get a 802.11g PCI card for my 867 QS, and anyone recommend on or a source that may know.

Thank you.

The Linksys card works perfectly. Just make sure you have the newest airport drivers installed. Slam the card in and away you go

Hi,

I'm using a Linksys WMP54g PCI card in my QuickSilver 867. It works quite well with my AEBS and my ABS (original).

Yes, 802.11b is 40 bits, hence the 802.11g

I got the Linksys WMP54G in today and wanted to follow up on my post. I suppose the best way to convey the ease of use is to go through what I did to set it up. Turned off my PM, unplugged the exsisting Airport card antenna and then removed the card itself. Installed the linksys, turned on the computer. Got full airport signal right from the start. No set up what so ever. Thanks for the recommendations.
