Well, my RMA came in today, replacing my bad sticks. Popped them in, and removed the 512 of stock ram. Everything booted up fine, 2 Gig is recognized, and it's running stable. My Boot ROM version is: 5.05f0, and my reported memory speed is: PC3200U-20320. I'm going to run for 24 hours, testing general stability. I'll then run some benchmarks for general comparison with non-cas 2 low latency memory. If I can borrow another 512 of cas3 memory, I'll benchmark 1 gig of cas2 against 1 gig of cas3.

I'm encouraged to be running 2 gig of this highend memory - actually seems faster. We'll see though. Any suggestions for benchmarks that are focused on memory speed?

I look forward to your report. I encourage you to send your results to xlr8yourmac.com as well, as Mike Bredeen loves this kind of stuff.
