I'm re-installing 10.2 onto my Power Mac G3 (B&W), and though theoretically I can't see how I would have previously been running 10.2 since it came out without having the necessary Firmware - how can I tell and be sure?

Thanks,
BD

if it's still booting an OS, you should be able to run Apple System Profiler from /Applications/Utilities. It should be there in OSX and OS9. Under OSX, my powerbook's firmware is listed under "Boot ROM info."
