System Profiler RAM question

In the System Profiler app, it shows my ram as PC100-3225. Any idea what the 3225 means? Is it something to do with the rated speed I see in RAM ads like CL2, CL3, CAS, RAS, etc. or something like that.

BTW, I haven't seen RAM reported this way before, so it may be something new in Panther.

Those are the timing options/settings: CAS, RAS, RAS to TAS, TAS
