GX w/ OSX wont Boot

	ALl i get is a question mark, When I put the OSX Install CD in, and boot to it, Then go to the Disk Utility, the Hard Disk is not listed. What do I do? This computer does this about once a month, and I have to do a repair in the Disk Seup as it has a bunch of errors, Apple wont help me, they charged me for a one time incident, last month on this same problem but obviously didnt get it fixed. This is a 9 month old Dual Processor G4. Apple told me that its a third party software problem and they couldnt assist any further.
