So, I have no idea how this one happened:

There's a cover for the CD slot that goes up/down when loading/unloading.

It won't fully close, suddenly.

I took out my Superdrive, and played with it for a bit, but it won't close fully...only about 3/4 of the way, and it also happens to close slightly slanted.

Suggestions, other than having the Apple Store fix it, since it's far away?

I saw a couple of reports on macintouch.com where the users fiddled with the cams that control the door. I don't know if they had the same problem however - you might want to do a search there.
