The Apple of Brazil doesn't inform the customer on the voltage of their equipments.

This is the only put specification in an inappropriate way for visualization

Here I use the voltage of 220v and EMAC (some) they are 110v, Apple sent an EMAC 110v to my house without sending a controller of voltage together .

My computer now is without working and Apple doesn't admit your error.

In the manual the voltage specification doesn't exist.

I am now with a process against the Apple.

In yours manuals exist the specification?

Thank you.

Can't you get a transformer to adapt the plug to the correct voltage? As I recall, they're pretty cheap and small, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Honestly, I have never checked the voltage on my machine because I'm in the US and I assumed that since Apple is so US-centric they'd give me the right power cord. But it's a problem if they send you a 110v device when you're in another country that clearly uses 220v in their electrical systems.

"That's Mama Luigi to you, Mario!" *wheeze*
