I have two 256M sticks (one normal, one low profile) from www.transintl.com in my Rev. A, and they've been great. Crucial has always been top notch too.

www.macsales.com they are very cheap, they give a lifetime warranty, and i've never had a compatability problem with any of their memory products
crucial is good too, but typically not as inexpensive
|
