Hardware test hanging on Load Screen

I am trying to run the hardware test of of my G5 restore CD and it is hanging on the "Loading" screen. I have stock dual G5 with 512MB ram upgrade running Panther. I have nothing plugged in but the monitor, apple pro mouse and keyboard. Any ideas on what could be going on.

Nevermind, I finally got it to run, and it showed an error in the Logic board test that the apple site says is not a hardware problem http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=86492 but rather is a problem with the Hardware Test software 2.1. They said version 2.1.1 should fix this.
