I just saw that a company has released 1GB modules for the G4 iBooks's and wondered if anyone has heard or seen 1GB modules for the 1Ghz eMacs? If someone made them would the eMac even be able to support 2GB of memory?

I am planning an eMac purchase in January and want to plan my memory upgrade money wisely.

Any thoughts?

If it was cheap, I would. I have a gig in my eMac but it was so cheap it would have been a crime not to do it.

the eMac doesn't support more then 1GB..unless there is some kind of hack or something out there i don't know about. i haven't heard of anyone making a 1GB module either. would be cool though
