My CTO dual 1.8 G5, ordered on 11-18, shipped out last night. Scheduled arrival date is 11-25! I'll have to call in sick!

Shocked and amazed because when I ordered, it was supposed to ship on or before 11-25, now it's scheduled to arrive on that date.

I wonder if my checking the order status page 5 times a day had anything to do with it?

I saw, on Saturday morning, that mine will ship on Monday. I immediately headed to work on Saturday so I can be off on Monday.

Speed of delivery not a surprise for me, only the exact date provided by MacConnection (still offering 1.5 GB of RAM on a single-processor G5 for $2194 less 100 for the RAM rebate through Nov. 30 - Item #453236). Sorry to plug as obviously not everyone wants this G5 but I am just sharing my excitement.

When did the backlog for the CTO 2 mHz DP machines finally clear? It's been a few weeks since I've seen anyone complaining about having ordered theirs in July and still waiting.
