Posted this question a few weeks ago and no takers! :
We have an imac - bought this spring. using the mail program that came on it (osx version). We recieve mail ok and most attachments but when we try to forward attachments or links they often don't go through to our windows friends. Anybody have this problem? Is there a mail setting that needs to be changed on our end?

Note if we forward pictures they come through as a box with a red diamond in the upper left corner (weird)

I'm not sure about your problem. Maybe you could try saving them first and then re-attaching them in a new email?

I have a lot of trouble sending attachments to my friends that use hotmail. They always tell me that some of my attachments work, but not others. It's a bit frustrating!
