hi there. i have an emac which has gone on the fritz. when i log in with my user name and password it accepts it, goes on to display the desktop, then almost immediately jumps back to the log in window and asks for user name and password. the cycle just repeats itself over and over. i have restarted the machine. i have turned it off at the wall and restarted. to no avail. can anyone help me?
