Hi all;

I'm having performance problems with InDesign CS (jerky and eratic work area while scrolling or moving a 5mb file. One called garden poster.indd in the Samples folder in the InDesign app folder.)

So I went to the System Profiler and was shocked to see that it only registered 32 mb on the nVidia GeForce 4MX info.
This can't be right. I paid for the 64mb
version.

Can anyone shed some light on this. It would be greatly appreciated.

Mac OS 10.3 Panther
Dual 867 MDD
GeForce4MX 64mb? stock
LaCie 19" BlueIII CRT
768mb memory
no add ons or haxies.
As stock as they come.

According to the specifications for your model, the dual 867 came stock with a 32MB nVidia GF4MX. The other graphics options were the Radeon 9000 Pro (64MB) or the GeForce4Ti (128MB). I don't see a 4MX with 64MB listed in the options.
