I have 1GHZ MDD with FW800.

The specs says it supports Airport Extreme.
So does that mean I have to buy that card, or will the regular plain old airport card work?

And if I go extreme.. can a laptop with the regular airport card still pull a signall off of the extreme card?

Thanks for your tips!

the cards themselves are different shapes so you must buy the appropriate card for your machine. the airport extreme standard (802.11g) is compatible with the normal airport standard (801.11b) though.
