I'm going to start builing up a NetInstall-Restore Image on monday at work for 1 Ghz eMacs. However, the server is a 10.2 machine, which is what the boot image will be made from. Can these eMacs boot 10.2? Thanks.

Both iterations of the 1 Ghz emac were intro'd with 10.2 (if I'm not mistaken) .... so I don't see why not

Only if they didn't ship with 10.3.

No, only if they were introduced after 10.3's release.

In any case, ALWAYS build your OS X boot image on the newest Mac that it will be running, or you may run into problems.

OS X Server requires you build the NetBoot image from the server and server only. The server is actually a Beige G3, so theres no hope of it running Panther Server. I'll let you know the results!

NeBoot under 10.2 worked beautifully.
