The fact that they only take a check makes them suspicious. (other than the fact that they're obviously way underpriced.)

someone high jacked his info and wants people to contact him to place a bid, once they contact him he says he has 2 or 3 packages ready, "here is my bank account info and add a few extra cents to the transfer. email me with your shipping address and the amount of the extra cents so I know it was you, and I will ship the package to you."

I have inquired on a few like that and every time it was the same jig.
