Hi all,

This is probably a dumb question, forgive me in advance if it is. My refurbished Dual 2.0 G5 (which I LOVE) came with an external Airport antenna (at least I think that's what it is), but no airport card...is this normal? What's the point of an antenna without the card?

Thanks.

The purpose is: If you buy an airport card, you already have the antenna. When you buy a card, they don't have an antenna with them. Therefore, if your G5 didn't come with it, you wouldn't be able to use a card in the future.
