Does anyone know of a place that takes old computer parts for recyling?
I've got an old hard drive that came out of my mac that I need to get rid of. I feel bad just throwing it in the trash

I can't answer about recycling but one thing to keep in mind you do get rid of a hard drive - erase it. you don't want your personal information there.

Baby-sized hard drives are sought after for crunch boxes. Someone in the team forum might be interested if you have several.

If not, there are places that have computer recycling programs. Just check the yellow pages.
