I just ordered a Dual 1.25GHz G4.
Where is the best place to order 512MB memory?
Will 512MB DDR PC-3200 modules for the G5 fit in the G4?

Crucial. Use their RAM finder to select the correct RAM for your machine.

And yes, any DDR RAM that is faster than 2700 will work in your machine.
