I'm having problems burning recently

I'm getting errors everytime I try to burn stuff

One warning says the device has drained its buffer w/o buffer underrun protection

???

using Toast or Finder burning?

How about lower the burn speed and let the system in idle while burning the media?

G5 1.6GHZ, 128mb RAM, OSX 10.2.8, Sony SUPERDRIVE

Its working better now, just earlier it was cutting up.
