you would need a scan converter or another video card that has s-video out. Scan converters are anywhere from $100 to $200. A scan converter woul only allow you to mirror your display, a different video card would allow you to use your TV as a second monitor. TV quality is really bad though (fine if you're watching DVDs or other videos on your second monitor).
I have an 8500 in my mac and a 9000 in my pc. Both have s-video out. Maybe the mac edition 9000 pro doesn't have that? You're probably best off switching to a video card that does.
