I can't seem to scroll in Word or any open window

	I can't seem to scroll in Word or any open window or a website with my up and down arrows. I have run Cocktail, Mac Janitor, Disk Tools and some other apps. I have an EZKeyboard and I loaded the new software as well as uninstalling the software and reinstalling. I even reloaded 10.2.8 as well; I really hate to go for a reinstall as I did this a month ago. Also I am unable to delete in words using the �Delete� key only one space at a time. Any and all help is welcomed.
