I have a 333 iMac I want to buy memory for (additional 256MB). I was looking at www.dealram.com and it lists that they accept PC100 so-dimms, but I would rather purchase a PC133 so-dimm in case I wanted to use it in a future mac, does anyone know if it will accept PC133 so-dimms, or if I should buy a specific brand?

I don't know what some of the specs are:
CL2 or CL3
32x8 or 16x16
2-2-2
low profile, or other size specs like 2"

thanks,
jake

Here are some RAM chips from Crucial. They are 144 pin SO-DIMMS, which you likely won't be able to use in a future Mac. To answer your question, yes, you could use PC133 DIMMS, they'll automatically slow down to PC66 speed to match your iMac.
