I love my Mac, who doesn't? but now I want to upgrade my machine and I do not find a processor upgrade out there... just for old versions of G4... Where I can find a processor upgrade for that machine? not G5.. i mean a more powerful g4.. you know what I mean?

Not yet. Typically upgrade manufacturers release cards when the cost of the card is less than half the cost of a new computer. At this point, I'm sure the economics just don't work out. Give it a year or so, though, and we should see some dual 1.5 GHz G4 upgrades. Save your nickels, though; they're sure to be expensive at first.
