You can't buy new logicboards since Apple doesn't sell them - Apple only provides new motherboards to repair facilities. You'd have to find a used one, and the newer the model, the harder it'll be to find.

If you have an old one to trade in, check out these guys:
http://www.galaxyhp.com/mboards_index.html

I've made a couple of purchases from them and have been very happy with the service. Prices are comparable to eBay, and you get a warranty.

Thanks for the links and info guys. I know apple doesnt sell the boards new, I ment I was looking for a referb or used board that works. I cant go through any site that wants to repair or replace the old board because I dont have the old one. (Honestly I dont have a power mac but I want to build a mac-clone, and Ive done the research so the only hard part is finding the logic board). Again thanks for the help and any more sites that anyone can think of would be greatly appreciated.

The login stuff is all for show, I would say. We use Preowned at work and I've used them for personal stuff and it's all worked fine. Their customer reps are really, really helpful and their parts are reliable. I'd give them a shot, especially because they tend to be cheaper than Apple on many remanufactured parts.
