The logic board on my imac dv se is dead.
what are my best options? replace? upgrade? boat anchor?

random freezes that have continually gotten worse until it is useless.
replaced ram replaced HD etc etc.

After 2 days of surgery and my family hating me for late to dinner and not going out:

I have dvd-rom not reading, video fuzzy and shut down after 10 seconds after doing everything here...everything: http://www.macintouch.com/panfirmware.html

Maybe your luck is better.
