I just got finished installing 10.0.3 and I get this huge error. Now the customer support people are telling me to format the harddrive and install 9 all over again. I have no idea how to do this, If someone can help me out I would appreciate it.

I bought it from a local as brand new (software)
It turns out it is really 10.0.3

Um, why didn't you return back to the store and tell them what was in the box? I know it's tuff to prove but that's just plain unacceptable.
BTW was this a Panther box the sofware came in? Was it sealed?
