Cheapest way to get B&W G3 on TV?

What's the cheapest, PCI video card with an S-Video port, supported by OS X?
Need something under $40. The amount of video RAM doesn't matter, just need to mirror the display onto a TV and has to be supported by OS X.

Unfortunately, the Radeon 7000 pci is your best option for a B&W, but I doubt you will find one for $40.....used maybe, or closeout 
They were ~$100 new, and have been sold on ebay lately for ~$75

Anyone know of a good place to get an ATI brand (not Saphire, Powercolor, etc.) 7000 PCI for under $50?
