HI all I have a QSDP800, and when it goes into deep sleep my ext (recently added) firewire hd does not sleep, or even spin down as far as I can tell. I'm a little cocerned tat it would run 24/7 (it's very warm). Should it sleep? Is there a way to make it sleep?
Thanks for any info

I have the same computer. I have never noticed if the external drive sleeps or not.
Does the system unmount exteranl drive in deep sleep mode?
What kind of external drive are you using??

Sorry about only asking questions
