Is this a know problem? I remember reading it somewhere I just couldn't find the articles again about this.

Whenever I plug in my iSight i have issues when i put my laptop in target mode but one I remove it copying and everthing seem to be fine again. anyone have this problem?

is there a fix for this yet?

It's a well-documented problem with the iSight -- not a Power Mac specific problem at all.
