No more 17" LCDs?

Ok please no timeline pics, I haven't been in the loop for a while but could some one tell me when apple decided to get rid of their 17" LCDs? The lowest is a 20.

Basically when they intro'd the new metal displays, only 20, 23 and 30 inch ones are available. There are still plenty of third party 17" LCD displays around.
