Can anyone confirm that these are the correct DIMMs for a 4-slot G5 - both of which I want to order today (which is the cut-off day for this month's credit card bill :-))

If they're fine, it will work out £50 ($80) less for 256MB more . . .

Thanks

Yes, PC3200 400MHz DDR SDRAM will work in all G5s. If you own a 1.6GHz Power Mac you could get away with buying PC2700 RAM, but otherwise you'll want PC3200. Just be sure to install in matched pairs as prescribed.

I'm wondering if there is any reason at all to put in faster CL2.5 chips. Will there bee any performance increase, or none whatsoever . . . ?
