I have a MDD G4 with only 512MB of memory and I would like to max it out to 2GB. I have been looking at memory websites and RAMJET says I need PC-3200 RAM, but OWC says I need PC-2700 RAM.

Who is right? I don't mind paying more for faster ram if the differene is noticable.

And while your at it, if you can suggest any other ram companies - I need memory for my powerbook too.

Doesn't matter what speed RAM you get, so long as it is faster than 2700. Anything you add beyond 2700 speed will run at 2700.
