I plan to purchase a G5 in the near future but would like the flexibility of 2 DVI outs.

Currently only the 2 Geforce "PCI blockers" offer that functionality.

I will not sacrifice a Protools Accel card for a second DVI

Is there a mod that could conceivably allow use of all PCI slots with this monster in the PCI? Will there be a Non blocking Dual DVI option on future macs?

You could try putting on a single-slot third party cooler for the 6800

Isn't ATi going to start making the x800 with the dual DVI and 1 slot soon?

He'd probably have to underclock it in order for it to work, but yeah that could do the trick.

err, why not just use an ADC to DVI adapter? Here's a link to a boatload of Google hits. All Apple's proprietary ADC connector is is straight DVI with some additions, the adapters aren't expensive. The NVidia 5200 and Radeon 9600XT cards for the G5 both only take one slot, are passively cooled, and have DVI and ADC ports. With the adapter, voila, two DVI ports.
I'm not wearing any pants.

Oh yeah, duh. I was thinking of how most* video cards have a DVI and a VGA port. But yeah, all of Apple's cards since mid-late 2002 have had dual digital outputs.

*most meaning most PC-compatible video cards

The thread title implies that he's looking for DVI-DDL ports. The dual link versions required for the Cinema 30" or larger displays.

Currently, we have the GF 6800 Ultra with 2 DVI-DDL ports. (2 slots occupied)
Soon, the GF 6800 GT with 2 DVI-DDL ports. (2 slots occupied)
Demo'd by ATi: X800 Mac with 1 DVI-DDL and one ADC port. (1 slot occupied)
It can take a 30" and a 23", but apparently not dual 30".

The ATi card might work if he doesn't want dual 30" displays. Note that the last time ATi demo'd a card, it was the 9000 PCI at MacWorld SF in January. The card actually shipped as the 9200 PCI in the Aug-Sept range, circa 8 months after the demo. If the same delay holds, the X800 Mac will ship in the May-June 2005 area.
