iMac/700 | 40GB | 128MB
I was getting several kernel panics, so I reinstalled the OS. The kernel panics continued, so I zapped the PRAM (3 chimes) and removed the Crucial RAM stick. That didn't work, so I pressed the PMU button and restarted. Now, the iMac sits at the gray screen with the white Apple logo. The spinning progress wheel never appears under the logo. I'm also unable to boot from a CD. I booted into open firmware and tried "reset-nvram" then "reset-all", I'm still hanging at the gray Apple screen. Any ideas?
