G4 iMac 17" - CD/DVD Door Won't Close - Help!

I just bought a G4 IMac off Ebay. It was not packed in the original box. It appears that during shpping the CD/DVD door was popped open and now it will not close. It looks like the door is not perfectly centered with the door opening.

Does anyone know if I can take this apart and realign the outside door with the opening so that it will close? Nothing appears to be broken, it just isn't lined up right.

Please disregard this post - I have learned the the metal frame within the system has been bent (likely during shipping). The problem is ultimately much bigger than the drive door not closing.
