A friend of mine is about to order a new G5 DP machine that I'm helping hiim configure and setup.... he wants to add bluetooth to the machine, but I'm wondering if that means we have to order it from the online store or can we do an in-person Apple Store purchase here in Atlanta and have them add certain options like BTO. And if they do do certain BTO options, can they be done on an as you wait basis, or does it take them a day or two to turn it around?

retail stores will not do any BTO. although if you, say, buy an Airport card from them, they will install it for free on the spot.
