You should be able to add one without problems. Pretty standard drive in there IIRC.
Try checking OWC for one (they let you search by Mac model) or go to XLR8yourmac's drive compatibility page (http://forums.xlr8yourmac.com/drived....drivedb.lasso) to see what drive models others have used with success.
I know one will work, but I was wondering if the plastic shell did not have the door for me to add a CD-ROM (like the education G5 iMacs do NOT have a slot for a CD in their housing).
Has anyone ever bought a NO-CD eMac and added a CD?
