Will it work if I move 512 MB card from 700 MHZ emac to 1 GHZ emac?? I'm not sure here and wanted to ask rather than being sorry.

You shouldn't have any problem. Both take PC100 so I don't see where there would be a compatibility issue.

You can I think, but you cannot move it to the newest model.

The newest eMac (1.25GHz) uses PC2700 so you wouldn't be able to use the RAM from earlier models.
