I get these in my system log (10.3.7 PM MDD G4):

Jan 6 14:02:28 localhost kernel: The Regents of the University of California. All rights reserved.
Jan 6 14:02:28 localhost kernel:
Jan 6 14:02:28 localhost kernel: using 5242 buffer headers and 4096 cluster IO buffer headers
Jan 6 14:02:28 localhost kernel: AppleCPUThermo couldn't parse platform functions

1. Is there a blank line in other people's system log after the "reserved." line end?

2. What does "couldn't parse platform functions" mean?

3. If anyone has installed CHUD tools 4.0.2, are there 4 additional blank lines in the system log where CHUD is loading?

I am trying to track down some anomolies on my system. Any ideas welcome.
