Does anyone know if I can use ECC memory with the Mac mini? I would like to scavenge the memory from a Dell server that I am trying to replace with the mini.

The mini will not take ECC RAM. Sorry. See http://www.apple.com/macmini/specs.html for full specs. Although it doesn't specifically say it won't take ECC memory, it won't.

turtle777 - With the exception of the XServes, no Mac has ever used ECC RAM. Here is some official Apple support info that should satisfy you...
