Now last time I looked, Apple products aren't clear plastic anymore, and aren't steel either. There has to be more stuff like this out there now, post what you find!
Oh and as pointlessness goes, the plastic riser stand wins it for me.

What I am waiting for is a external FW drive shaped the same dimensions as the mini. It would be a hell of a little mini server modular tower, perfect for the home server crowd!

With the wimpy (and expensive to upgrade) laptop drive, this would be killer for lots of people. My mom for example has about 20mb of pics in iPhoto alone.
