There were once four people named Everybody, Somebody, Nobody and Anybody. Somebody had to do a job, but Nobody wanted to do it. Nobody could see that Anybody could do it, and Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Nobody ended up doing it, and it so happened that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

My boss's daughter's 20 inch is lovely. Much sharper and brighter than my son's iMac G4 15".

One might guess that. But since I can't tell you personally how it compares to a 15 or 17 inch powerbook he also asked:
(look I'm going to paste again!)
"Can some one tell me some spec of the screen ,such as viewing angle, contrast ratio, brightness"
At least my post answered part of his question where yours was just wasted bandwith.

Hm. You are probably right.
Too bad you seem to have an internet connection where one line of text seems to matter…
EDIT: spelling

I can't compare it to a PB (don't have one), but the screen on my 20" iMac G5 is great. No dead / stuck pixels (thank ye, Apple gods), and bright, crisp & clear. Better than the LCD on my 14" iBook G3/600...
